Around Anthering you will find beautiful running and Nordic walking routes that are well signposted. All routes start at the Anthering sports center and lead you through varied landscapes – from the Salzach river to small settlements and beautiful viewpoints.

Au Salzach
- Route length: 5.2 km
- Altitude difference: 20 hm
- Characteristics: A classic run through the Antheringer Au. The route runs on asphalt up to Au station, then on a leisurely gravel path.
- Route: Sports center – school – small street around the church – village square – Bahnhofstraße – train station – Viehgass Durchschlag – Salzach and back
Fiefdom
- Route length: 5.1 km
- Altitude difference: 52 hm
- Characteristics: Ideal training route with a slight incline, mainly asphalt, short gravel sections.
- Route: Sports home – school – small road around the church – village square – Bruckbachstraße – Leberersiedlung – Lehen – cross the main road – Mitterstraße – Kleinlehenstraße – Schliesing – Unterbergstraße – Hangstraße – Bäckerkellerstraße – Bäckerweg – Riederstraße – sports home
Hammerschmiede Ried
- Route length: 6.8 km
- Altitude difference: 165 hm
- Characteristics: Moderately steep climbs, beautiful panoramic views, mainly asphalt. A detour to the hammer mill is possible.
- Route: Sportheim – Schmieding – Chapel – Schönbergsiedlung – Fuchsenmühle – Fuchsbauer – Ried – Furital – Sperl – Riederstraße – Sportheim
Haunsberg view
- Route length: 9 km
- Altitude difference: 205 hm
- Characteristics: Challenging mountain run with little shade and great views. Asphalt route, but requires stamina and endurance.
- Route: Sportheim – Schmieding – Chapel – Schönbergsiedlung – Feiglhub – Würzenberg – Maunzgraben – Doppl – Wald – Schönberg – Ameshub – Riederstraße – Sportheim
