Goisngut
The Goisngut chicken farm is really something special – anyone who has ever been there can tell. For over 30 years, happy hens and roosters have been running around the farm and laying their fresh eggs (only the hens, of course 😉). But Claudia and Martin wanted to offer their customers more and have expanded their range: today, their own eggs are turned into delicious, home-made quality egg noodles.
Their affectionately named “Ei Dente” has long since made a name for itself. For the pasta from their own pasta workshop, the couple only use Austrian durum wheat, spelt semolina and freshly laid Salzburg country eggs – straight from the farm, without any detours.

You can buy their products directly at the farm, where a new farm store is currently being built with a lot of love and motivation – for an even better shopping experience.
There is no traditional team of employees at the Goisngut. Everything here is genuine family work – from the youngest helper at the age of seven to the most experienced at over seventy. It is precisely this closeness and warmth that customers particularly appreciate.
And because Claudia and Martin value their loyal customers so much, they would simply like to take this opportunity to say thank you. At the same time, they promise to continue working with full energy on the usual high quality – because this is really important to them.
