Privacy policy

Thank you for your interest in our website. Since the protection of your privacy is very important to us, we would like to inform you in detail about the handling of your data and assure you that we treat your personal data confidentially.

We process your data exclusively on the basis of legal regulations (GDPR, TKG 2003). Please note, however, that data transmission over the Internet can generally have security vulnerabilities and complete protection against access by third parties is not possible.

Please take a moment to read the following information on data protection on our website:

The use of anthering-info.at (hereinafter referred to as “website”) including all sub-pages is generally possible without providing personal data. The owner and operator of the website is the Anthering Tourist Board (hereinafter referred to as “TVB Anthering”). You can find all contact information in the imprint.

“Personal data” is information that identifies you or makes you identifiable – e.g. your name, e-mail address or telephone number.

Cookies

When you visit our website, information is stored in the form of cookies in your browser software. A cookie is a small file of numbers and letters that allows websites to recognize your device and remember your preferences.

Our website uses:

Most browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you can restrict, block or delete cookies yourself at any time. However, deactivation may lead to limited functionality of the website.

MATOMO CLOUD

Our website uses Matomo Cloud (InnoCraft Ltd., New Zealand) for statistical analysis of website usage and to improve our offering.

Before your consent in the cookie banner, we record the usage behavior cookieless. This means that no cookies are set and the measurement is based solely on technically necessary information (e.g. pages accessed, referrer, rough device information). Direct personal identification is not intended.

With your consent, we use Matomo cookies to analyze usage more comprehensively (e.g. recurring visits and interactions). You can revoke or change this consent at any time via the cookie settings.

The processing takes place on the basis of:

  • before consent: legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) in data-saving range measurement
  • after consent: Consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR)

You can find more information about Matomo in the Matomo Cloud privacy policy.
