Organic vegetables Klingerbauer
Rosi and Martin Klinger run their organic farm with real conviction and a lot of heart. They started out growing vegetables for a customer who sold their produce at the organic market. But because more and more people were asking for fresh vegetables directly from the farm, the couple decided to open their own farm store.
Organic vegetables at their finest
In the lovingly designed farm store, you can buy fresh vegetables season after season – straight from the field next door. The Klingers also grow stored vegetables for the winter months. They buy selected organic products to ensure that the range remains varied all year round.
The biggest plus, however, remains their own vegetables: it couldn’t be fresher. True to their motto: “Harvest today – sell tomorrow. Without long transportation routes.”
Shopping where the vegetables grow
A visit to the farm is something special every time. The location, the fields right next to it, the cozy atmosphere – all this makes shopping really pleasant. Even if the farm store is a little way from the town center, it’s worth the trip. And if you combine it with a walk or a bike ride, you’ll be doing your health twice as much good.
The entire team – the loyal sales clerks and the family itself – are always happy to receive visitors. And of course there are also many funny moments, like the customer who once said enthusiastically: “Sowing and harvesting – oh, it must be nice!”
In truth, there is a lot more work behind it. Everyone at the farm lends a hand, and in summer, interns even help out – in the middle of the beautiful landscape of Anthering, which is particularly close to the Klinger family’s hearts.
