Padelarea in Anthering
In Anthering, just a few minutes from Salzburg, a new highlight has been created for all those who love sport and exercise: the Padelarea Anthering. The modern facility has two high-quality outdoor padel courts, built to the latest standards. This brings the trend sport of padel to Salzburg’s Flachgau region for the first time – and opens up a new, exciting opportunity for you to be active.
Padel – the trend sport for everyone
Padel combines elements of tennis and squash to create a fast, dynamic game that will delight beginners and experienced players alike. The three-metre-high glass walls create spectacular rallies, while the artificial turf ensures a pleasant playing experience that is easy on the joints. You can soon try out this experience for yourself in Anthering – daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., also under floodlights on request.
Easy to use and fair conditions
The Padelarea is based on an uncomplicated and accessible concept. You can book online, rent rackets and balls directly on site and get started spontaneously. At around 32 euros per hour during peak times, the sport remains affordable and invites you to play regularly.
Commitment to a community
Behind the Padelarea are Manuel Schwaighofer and Florian Tatra, who are working with great passion to build an active padel community in Flachgau. Not only regular playing times are planned, but also tournaments, training sessions, events and joint activities – a place where sport connects and encounters are created.
