Customer satisfaction is a top priority at Rudi Murat’s Bistro! So it goes without saying that the freshly prepared dishes are always served hot. Bella Mare spoils its guests with a unique cuisine that cannot be found anywhere else in Anthering: the menu includes Italian classics such as pizza and pasta dishes as well as a selection of oriental specialties such as kebab and dürüm.
Many people here in Anthering appreciate this, but there are also regular customers from as far away as Obertrum who enjoy coming to the bistro time and time again.
Many years of experience and eastern flair
Rudi Murat originally comes from northern Syria, where he worked as the manager of a large restaurant, among other things. He has been living in Austria for around 10 years now and set up his own small restaurant with a delivery service in 2017. At the end of 2018, he opened Bistro Bella Mare right in the heart of Anthering and has been delighting his guests with delicious dishes ever since.
Rudi’s international team currently consists of three employees, but he is also looking for a reliable chef and a kitchen assistant. Ideally, they should have experience in the catering business, but more importantly, they should be able to work properly and efficiently.
Future plans
As the Bella Mare bistro in Anthering is so popular, there are plans to expand the kitchen in the medium term in order to be able to offer guests an even wider selection of delicious dishes. We are already looking forward to seeing what new culinary delights Bella Mare will spoil us with in the future!
